Rolf Kipp, Double Diamond Manager from FLP Germany talks about what it takes to be a millionaire with FLP.

Rolf Kipp was born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1964, not far from the German and Austrian headquarters of Forever Living Products. After his studies, he tried several different jobs, continually looking for the ‘right job’. For a time, he worked as a General Manager in the sporting goods industry, but he felt something was missing. Rolf was looking for health, freedom and prosperity and an environment in which he could work independently and keep flexible hours. He wanted to do something meaningful, where he could be successful and help others to achieve their dreams.
In May 1995, Rolf joined Forever Living Products and it has been an incredible journey ever since! Rolf attributes his success in Forever Living Products to keeping the system simple, fair and applying his personal motto:
"Don’t dream your life away; live your dreams”.
"During the working day I focussed on two things: distributing our great products and inviting suitable people to join my business. My entire focus was on these two activities and how I could get better at them. I practised and practised, concentrating on continually improving my skills.
Whatever you can do - start doing it ............
You have to be prepared to work hard and stick to the system. I set myself clear objectives, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals. I write them down and refer to them every day. Henry Ford once said that ‘if you want to build something big, you have to start by building something simple’. I have always had and continue to enjoy a burning desire to build something big. So I took Henry Ford’s advice and developed a simple, duplicateable system, a system that is designed to ensure that everyone in my business has a simple way to sell products and sponsor new Distributors. Now our focus, as a team, is to make this system even more simple and successful.
An opportunity such as that offered to us by Forever Living Products, is unlikely to ever come again. That is why I intend to make full use of this chance. Each one of us has the opportunity to achieve everything in this life, if we are prepared to help plenty of other people attain what they want: health and prosperity. If I can do it, so can all of you. You must have a belief that can move mountains, a belief in your own power!"
